We had a mini heatwave last week (seriously, it was like 22 degrees!) and so I decided to make the most of it and take a day off to go to the beach. My new (to me) DSLR also just arrived so my friend Emilie and I took our cameras with us for a photo day. A while back I took a trip to Cramond beach with my friend Emilie. It's only a 40 minute bus ride, and it was lovely to spend some time outside the city. I've always wanted to live near the sea and now that I do, I don't visit the beach often enough! These photos were all taken during a snowy day at home this past week. It turns out winter isn't so bleak after all, it's actually quite beautiful.
