I’m not being funny, but isn’t this just the best outfit ever? This is the sequin suit that I wore on my birthday (with a different top) and it makes me feel like a disco ball. My Uncle thinks my jacket and shirt combo makes me look like Michael Jackson but I’m kinda into it. I can forget every being underdressed again! It’s definitely not an outfit to wear on a night out if you’re not in the mood for talking to inquisitive strangers on the street. These trousers were a surprise present from James and this jacket is something that I wanted from Miracle Eye that he bought me for my birthday (James you’re the best!) Miracle Eye is my favourite brand at the moment – I’m a big fan girl. Their bell bottom jeans and patchwork shorts are next on my list but I love basically everything on their site. The bell bottoms of theirs that I own are incredible well-made and this jacket (although it’s vintage and not made by then) is also such good quality. It’s a little heavy and warm, but the inside is soft so it’s actually pretty comfy. Don’t expect me to be seen without it anytime soon!
Outfit Details: Sequin Jacket, Vintage (Miracle Eye) / Sequin Trousers, ASOS (Sold Out) / Shirt, Vintage (Shop Jessthetics) / Hat, Forever 21 / Platform Boots, La Moda / Purple Lipstick, LA Splash Criminal
The shirt that I’m wearing is something that I sourced for Shop Jessthetics but when I tried it on to take listing photos I just fell in love! I’m debating whether to sell it or not… it’s the perfect 70s ruffle blouse and it seems to go with everything! This purple lipstick also gets a lot of use at the moment. I bought it a little while ago but it’s become my go to lip colour for evenings out. It’s a liquid lipstick from LA Splash and the lasting power is incredible! I love my Lime Crime products but it’s definitely less prone to bleeding than my Velvetine from Lime Crime. I want one in every colour!
Definitely the best outfit ever! Xoxox
Wow, James is a great supporter, and has fantastic style sense. What a great combo! (Keep that blouse!) Meant to comment on your last post that Edinburgh is now off my year-round-living list, and gone to the top of my great-places-to-summer-only list! (I love green landscapes too much.)
Glad you’re staying warm in such great style, and the glam makes you happy. xx
I know, right! He’s been well trained. I will keep the blouse! To be fair to Edinburgh, I grew up in a very leafy green area of England so I think most places are going to seem a bit barren in comparison. It’s a lovely place to live and I don’t want to put you off!
