December has been busy as always! At the beginning of the month my friends Amy, Chelsea and Anna came to visit me. I had the most wonderful relaxing weekend with them – dancing in my favourite Brazilian bar, exploring the Christmas market, getting brunch, browsing charity shops, hanging Christmas decorations, climbing Arthur’s seat, enjoying spiced cider, face masks, Ru Paul’s Drag Race and watching ALL the celebrity documentaries (not in that order). They should visit me every month, it was awesome! Until the 18th, which is when I wrote my last exam, I was doing a lot of revision and nothing else of note. I don’t know how I did yet, so keep your fingers crossed for me! After a very indulgent Christmas dinner and shopping with my friends I travelled home for Christmas. I am currently writing this blog post in the sitting room of my family home with the fire crackling away and a snoozing dog by my feet. My ten days at home has gone by so quickly. This Christmas time I’ve seen a lot of friends, family and family friends as well as watched tonnes of Christmas films and slept in late every day. No wonder the time has passed so quickly! December must be one of my favourite months and I love the snow that we’ve had here in Leicestershire for the last couple of days. Returning to the real world is going to be tricky.
I haven’t managed a lot of blogging this month. I did share photos of me in my favourite Miracle Eye trousers and some family vintage. I posted some photos of Archie in a Santa hat, and images from Christmas day itself!
I will be seeing in the New Year in Edinburgh with James and my family, and I’m so excited! I hope you had an awesome month too!
Happy New Year, Jess!
And thank you for being one of my top 3 commentators in 2014!

Great post Jess, I enjoy reading your blog. But I would have preferred it if it featured more of James x
Glad you enjoyed your Christmas break! It was great visiting you, looking forward to seeing you again as soon as we can get together xxx
